Difference between 2011 and 2013 strada bindings ?

I'm about to pick up some new strada bindings and have a nice deal for the 2011 and 2013 model. The only question i have : is there an difference between the 2011 and the 2013 model ?

I think the 2013 will have the strap over the forefoot. Some liked it many didn't & some cut it off. They'd be very similar anyways. I'm still on first gen RS1s and love them.

Yes. 2013 added the lace cover flap. All black, too.

 

I think 2013 was the first year that the liners got a little thicker and stiffer. (not the plastic lateral pieces, just that the liners were a little stiffer themselves)

 

I think it was 2014 when the boots seemed to get about an 1/8 shorter/tighter. Maybe 2013, but I'm not sure.

 

Either way, the 2013 might be a little more snug. That can be a good thing for connection with the ski.
