2012 Syndicate A2 settings

64.5 - <130lbs

65.5 - 120-160lbs

66.5 - 150-190lbs

67.5 - >180lbs

 

probably 66.5 if you're skiing at 34mph...

@savaiusini thanks , I usually ski 36 . This is the ski I called Matt about and he said 65.5 would be ok. If I was to slow the boat to 34 mph do you think it will still work ? I am coming off a 66 Prophecy. So far I am more impressed with HO customer support than the ski ... and I like the ski !

You are right on the line between the two sizes, but since you are at 36mph, the 65.5 is a no brainer. It has the surface area of a traditional 66. Have you attempted 34 with your current ski? Had success?

@savaiusini yes success at 34 on the Prophecy but it is tiring , best skied at 36 mph @ 34 tends to sink the tail and I need to work hard to make it move. I am hopeful the A2 will be an improvement. Thanks for all the assistance you have offered so far.

No worries! I think you may encounter similar things if trying the 65.5 at lower speed. I still stick to my initial recommendation of 66.5 for your weight at 34mph. Easy excuse to get a new ski once you officially make the switch to 34 B)

@Glydon it was a 67. We set them the same tho. I dont remember the binding placement for the 65 and 66. The 67 was 29 3/8
