Baller FrankS Posted September 22, 2016 Baller Posted September 22, 2016 Does anyone have any experience with these bindings? I'm interested as to how they compare to other similar boots on the market like the vapors and v-max. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks, FrankS
Baller Skoot1123 Posted September 22, 2016 Baller Posted September 22, 2016 My wife has a pair of the Conellly Sync bindings. She loves how comfortable they are. Some of the decorative stuff has come off but other than that she really likes them. One thing is that she is now skiing shorter lines, I believe that is partly due to how well they fit her. The fit was a big confidence boost for her.
Baller FrankS Posted September 22, 2016 Author Baller Posted September 22, 2016 @Horton I know you unboxed these a while ago. Have you gotten a chance to try them out?
Administrators Horton Posted September 23, 2016 Administrators Posted September 23, 2016 @FrankS I was not crazy about how they release. I am all about release. Besides that they are comfortable and well built. Baller FrankS Posted September 23, 2016 Author Baller Posted September 23, 2016 Thanks for the responses guys. Does anyone know how they compare in terms of lateral support when compared to the radars and ho's?
Baller vic Posted August 31, 2021 Baller Posted August 31, 2021 First year on my new HO Carbon Omni ski and Connelly Sync right front boot love both. Ski is super and the boot is easy on and releases with very little evert which greatly reduces chance of injury.
Baller 2Valve Posted August 31, 2021 Baller Posted August 31, 2021 I've had a set on a Carbon V for about three years. The original laces started fraying within 6 mos. and the stick on designs have peeled away. Laces were replaced with stretchy high end REI strings and those have been rock solid. One of the front lace grommets keeps wanting to pull away from the boot, but I've been creative with some Gorilla glue. I've had a few crashes and most times, the rear foot comes out but not the front. It might be due to how tight I have the laces. Overall, they're a good design. Best feature is I don't need soap to get in.
