What's my boat worth?

96' PS 190 re powered a few years ago with a brand new leftover PCM 6 liter. ZO, mooring cover, and 09' Boatmate galvanized trailer. Boat drives and skies great. No garage queen but boat is in very nice condition for 20 years old.

I'd say close to 15k now and up to 18k in the spring considering it has zero off... And a lot of HP! Sweet boat! Everything perform well after the transplant?

Depending on hours probably around $10K - $13K with original motor. The tricky part may be finding someone who finds value in the re-power and Zero Off system. Those changes definitely add value, but maybe not that much to a non-tournament skier.

probably not much more than what the engine cost. I'd say $15k tops. Like mentioned before you'd have to find a skier who appreciates ZO and then they'll probably be looking for a newer boat. If it were me I'd keep skiing it. Awesome package!

Thanks for all the input, it kind of confirms the numbers I was thinking.This is a really sweet running package, the red cowling even matches the boat! If things go as planned it might be for sale this winter.
