It works. I used to check it almost every day.

It is starting to become overrun with businesses now though. Last month a particular company was making 50+ ads a day for a week. I don't go on there near as much anymore now that it feels like spam.

I love SIA, but yes that particular dealer (not gonna say names) is getting quite annoying.
