radar vapor sizing question

I am considering buying a size 8 (smallest size) radar vapor boot for my daughter. Her feet are only the equivalent of a women's size 7 and men's size 5. She has pretty narrow feet. I tried her in a profile boot but there was way too much volume in the boot. Vapor seems a lot narrower, the bottom lace can be cinched down hard, and I can add a thick superfeet insert. Is this a bad idea? I'm not ready to put her on a reflex and I don't want to go to Wiley's.

She is on a lyric now. It fits and skis great, but I'd like to see her in something with a more robust release system.

Might have to be creative with fabricating inserts along the sides in addition to the superfeet sole so that she's comfortable.

 

If her feet aren't comfortably snug she may not enjoy skiing as much but refrain from saying so (to please Dad); delicate balance.

 

Maybe find a source to demo a pair of Vapors.

@WBLskier I don't think it's a good idea to buy a boot designed for a bigger shoe size. I think this defeats your purpose.

For what it's worth, my wife was on a binding that was too big and changed to a lyric [actually vector as she preferred the colours] on feather frame. Best skiing decision she has made. Exactly what @Horton says.

@WBLskier The size 8 Vapor boot would be too big. Your daughter would need to have about a size 9 ladies foot for a decent fit in a size 8 Vapor boot.
