Baller mbabiash Posted January 9, 2018 Baller Share Posted January 9, 2018 I’m a Rock/ice climber and ski mountaineer when I’m not skiing. I train with Steve House who has created a training program specific for climbers and alpinists. Uphillathlete.com is his company. It’s amazing the difference when you train specifically for your sport. I wish there was something like this for slalom.
Lake3
@disland I do an hour TRX workout every morning at 5 and I never get fatigued. After reading the article, I think maybe adding a couple of failure days migh help me get to the next level.
