I believe that at least one other resident is on BOS too. These are a few years old, the 196 that my FIL's group owns was replaced with a 200. Baller Zoro957 Posted February 19, 2018 Baller Share Posted February 19, 2018 I looked at this place a couple of years ago. The lake seemed nice, the condo was nice and the price was nice. The issue that I had was that the HOA does not actually own the lake or the water front. At the time, they were trying to get permanent rights to the water front. Maybe they were successful since then. Also, there we no more room for additional boats or docks. I had to walk away because of the potential risk of not being able to keep my boat there.
