Baller jmvana1 Posted June 10, 2018 Baller Share Posted June 10, 2018 Any other ballers out there experience this? I have a tear where my quad attaches to my hip. I’m putting off surgery until Fall and am told to expect 4-5 months for recovery. I can ski, but am in constant pain. :-(.
Baller_ RichardDoane Posted June 12, 2018 Baller_ Share Posted June 12, 2018 if you're in constant pain, why put off surgery ? the sooner you're fixed and recovered the sooner you can ski again
Baller Marco Posted June 12, 2018 Baller Share Posted June 12, 2018 I always scheduled my (elective) surgeries around ski season. The truth is several surgeries were a result of ski injuries, so no selective scheduling. Luckily those injuries were in late September and october. Baller LeonL Posted June 14, 2018 Baller Share Posted June 14, 2018 @jmvana1 sorry to hear that Jeanette. By constant pain do you mean constant pain while skiing or constant constant? Get it fixed anyway. Skiing ain't your life, even though we sometimes think it is. Walking is more important than skiing. Don't suffer to get through ski season. You may cause additional problems. I'll be praying for you my friend.
