2019 Radar senate pro

There was a lot of discussion about the 2019 senate pro early on but haven’t heard much since...anyone have thoughts they’d be willing to share after putting some time in on it?

I am also interested in thoughts on the Senate Pro, especially for those of us who don't need to ski 36mph. I am currently considering purchasing a Senate Pro or a Vapor Lithium. I ski into 32 off @34mph . Thanks.

Many people really like the 67" version, have not heard much about the 69" version.

What's the little raised black thingy on top of the 2019 Senate Pro?

@jimmyjamesbrown it's an NFC chip. Hold your smartphone up against it and it takes you to the most up to date fin settings on radar's website. Brilliant stuff.

@jimmyjamesbrown Might be a 1 off with a different badge. I’ve only seen it with the black, but they are hand made in the states with relatively low numbers compared to the other senate models, wouldn’t be surprised if they tried a different decal on a specific unit.

Was informed by Brooks the raised badge was getting in way of some binding systems, so they stopped adding it.

Yep, big metal badge. It is actually pretty cool but to install an XXL Reflex plate or any MOB, you had to pop it off. It was so well stuck on I had to check with Brooks to make sure it was ok.

I’ve got a 67 for sale if anyone is looking. It’s consignment, so I’ll have to check on price and get some pics. I didn’t get to ride it but one time. I know he set some PB’s on it

Cold first ride on my new 2019 Senate Pro, glad I didn't have to wait until spring....but now can't wait until spring! Water was 58, air 62. Beauty day eh!
