I was worried that the palm would bunch without some adjustment on the back of the hand, but it was a non issue. I too loved the Vapors, but these are moving forward. I can tell you that the first time you try out a brand-new pair you will think they are too small. Get them wet and a weasel your hand in there and they are amazing. They have done really well for me and I have really enjoyed them, but I can tell that they might not be lasting me very much longer. I probably only make it out 20 days on the good years - 10 days on the bad years. Also keep in mind that I am not a shortline skier, so it's probably safe to say that I am not putting the same forces on them as most folks on this forum. BUT, I do usually go through gloves a lot faster than that and I have been very impressed with the durability of these radars I bought 7 years ago.
