Baller ToddL Posted August 30, 2020 Baller Share Posted August 30, 2020 Something fun... When we think about counter rotation, our shoulder are biased opposite of the way we are preparing to turn and opposite of the way we are leaning. I wonder if a slalom skier could master this faster than the normal person.
Baller Clydesdale Posted August 30, 2020 Baller Share Posted August 30, 2020 Hmm. Or, Maybe if I modify my bike it will help my counter-Rotation?

Supporting Member Than_Bogan Posted August 30, 2020 Supporting Member Share Posted August 30, 2020 I saw that a long time ago, and the only part I don't get is what made him think he WOULD be able ride it. It's literally set up so that the world does the exact opposite of what your body tells it to do. That is guaranteed failure (until to teach your body to do the exact opposite thing). I don't think slalom skiers would have any advantage, except that you have to be willing to waste 8 months of your life, and we've all proven we're willing to dedicate a lot more time than that!! :)
