Anyone here ever suffer from this? I'm just trying to imagine the circumstance that leads to water skis on fire! :o

I'm pretty sure it's a reference to a jet ski bursting into flames

I did a google search for "water ski on fire." Several results seem to stem from a revised edition of the International Classification of Diseases, the site cited by @dchristman, back in 2015. So, just like the old saying "there is an app for that," there is a (medical) code for that!

You would be surprised at all the things there are medical codes for. Only has to happen once.
