LakeGirl517
This gem is in my neighborhood. Beautiful property on popular Lake 4! We've held USA Waterski Nationals and the Pro Event US Open in 2002 & 2003. Year-round skiing. It would be great to get another skier in the neighborhood. https://www.har.com/homedetail/330-lago-circle-dr-n-santa-fe-tx-77517/2628350

Baller ETskier Posted May 29, 2021 Baller Share Posted May 29, 2021 Texas is surely a way better deal than those guys are paying in Oregon. No income taxes, low property taxes, $2.75 gas, etc.
Baller bananaron Posted May 31, 2021 Baller Share Posted May 31, 2021 @ETskier I am not sure the property taxes are low at least not for me.To me it looks like they are between $9000 and $12000 for the 2 homes. And the insurance was also very high.I would love to ,move however not with those high costs if these are actually what they are. Baller Cooper_Trelawney Posted May 31, 2021 Baller Share Posted May 31, 2021 Property taxes in Texas may be higher than some states but you have to factor in no state income tax, lower overall cost of living, greater personal freedom and a strong economy. Pictured here is a 3/4 acre lot that I have listed for sale at the Guadalupe Ski Plex between Austin and San Antonio. DM me for details.
Baller RAWSki Posted May 31, 2021 Baller Share Posted May 31, 2021 Great Looking Sites. I think most all ski lakes would like more skiing members!
Baller bananaron Posted May 31, 2021 Baller Share Posted May 31, 2021 Beautiful homes and ski sites however If I bought the one in Princeton,TX my payment even after paying cash for the place would be $1702.month.That would include taxes insurance and hoa fees.
