The item being sold was a beat up Type I Jensen Interceptor junker. The starting auction price was $50 but after more than 53,000 views and 28 bids, the car sold for an astronomical $425. That's an average bid increment of just under $14. Being a fan of clever sarcasm, the ad really appealed to my sense of humour (spelled it the Canadian/British way this time) (to be inclusive) so I made a pdf copy of it before eBay took it off-line. Something reminded me of it today so I thought I'd share it with you all in case some of you needed a laugh on a Monday.
