Baller ozski Posted October 18, 2021 Baller Share Posted October 18, 2021 D3 way out in front but how does it look for the rest of the ski manufacturers? Anyone have any data on this?
Baller Zman Posted October 18, 2021 Baller Share Posted October 18, 2021 Goode - Favret (?), Detrick, Degasperi, and Mechler. D3 has more than 4? Freddie, Nate and ? EDIT: Looks like you meant total 41s run, not just number of skiers and brand that have done it. Yea, clearly D3 with all the 41s Nate has run. Baller aupatking Posted October 18, 2021 Baller Share Posted October 18, 2021 Aside from those mentioned above: Mapple, on what ski? I’m guessing at least once on a Mapple. Most likely a few on O’Brien. Freddie did it on his Monte Carlo and 2 different D3’s, any others? Connelly has Jamie B and Sacha Descuns. Chris Parish did it on Goodes, I know. Did he run it on HO’s and O’Briens as well? Maybe even on a Mapple. Corey Vaughn ran it on a Mapple, has he run it on a Radar? Robert Pigozzi on a Reflex HO has Will Asher and Jon Travers. I’m leaving some out, but I’m still thinking
Baller aupatking Posted October 18, 2021 Baller Share Posted October 18, 2021 Anyone know what Jeff Rogers was riding when he was running -41s at 36mph?
Baller CBR51 Posted October 18, 2021 Baller Share Posted October 18, 2021 I am pretty sure Jeff ran the first 41 on a Goode. Not positive
Baller Broussard Posted October 18, 2021 Baller Share Posted October 18, 2021 @aupatking Ran 41 for the first time in August of 1997 behind Tommy Harrington at Trophy Lakes. He was skiing on a GOODE at the time. .
Baller skiinxs Posted October 19, 2021 Baller Share Posted October 19, 2021 .....at least that is what the graphics on the skis indicated...
Baller dave2ball Posted October 19, 2021 Baller Share Posted October 19, 2021 @skiinxs you are correct. In the earlier days the top was not always the same as the bottom.

Baller Stefan Posted October 19, 2021 Baller Share Posted October 19, 2021 Jeff Rodgers ran 1 at 43 it on a Goode 9100, same ski that Kristi Overton set the womens World Record of 1 at 41on around the same time, that held for many years. Start of a new era in ski design with the light carbon fiber skis. Reason I bought a 9100 when I started course skiing around 1998 at already old age.
