I contacted Dave Wingerter, VP for HO, hoping for some direction/recommendation on repairing it. Long story short, I'm now riding a new Syndicate ski, no cost to me, full warranty! Been using Syndicate equipment for about 3 years (Skis and ropes) and the customer service is second to none. Outstanding products, service and support. Thanks to all at H.O. Syndicate.
