Baller thager Posted March 30, 2023 Baller Share Posted March 30, 2023 (edited) Ran across this ski on "Evil pay" yesterday. I used to own one very similar and same color back in the late 70s. The edges were a solid plastic material inserted into the mold along with an aluminum honeycomb core before the top was adhered. Tuning back in the day was done on the edges with file/sand paper. Fin was an innovative design for the day. This ski would be worth a little more if it had the original front binding instead of this Maha binding in the picture. The hardware was like the rear binding you see on the back in the picture. Was like wearing a pair of sloppy loafers! Mr. M bindings would have been much better. I also had a Hexcel.
