Does anyone have a phone contact number for Fluid motion?

I purchased a tour 20 liner from them and it’s not even close to the correct size.   After 6 unanswered emails over the last two weeks, I will try to get a phone contact.   

In the meantime, if someone needs a brand new tour 20 liner Cut 2 please let me know, I’ll sell it to you.   FM is obviously not interested in providing reasonable customer service. 

Left foot, size at least for 10 or 11, maybe even larger.   I asked for 8/9 US size and thats what was recommended by Zyhra Bolt from FM.

Just a WAG but since almost every item shows " sold out" and his SN boats look to be for sale on SIA

FM just might be going out of business....?

@thager:  agreed with your WAG.  I would think a company GOB would post a notification and report sales are final.  

Well I assume that’s what businesses with integrity would do.

Well, chalk another success to BOS.   Post a negative issue with a ski equipment company and suddenly action /resolution happens.  

Got RA info today and half credit back off my card.   Remaining credit to be posted after they receive the product.
