A key message coming out of this session for all should be to RECORD YOUR SETS so you can watch them back and SEE what's happening vs just  thinking you have an idea of what is happening or listening to the folks in the boat. I see SO many things when I watch my own skiing that I'm not sensing when I'm skiing. I have to SEE IT to really fill in those gaps and then execute on the water. Even if you DO have access to a good coach, still record the sets so you capture what you did and what they say.     

 We capture EVERY set and every free skiing session. No better training tool .
