Baller greghayes Posted August 22, 2023 Baller Share Posted August 22, 2023 I ordered some bindings from Reflex USA and UPS is demanding about $60 in additional customs fees to release the package (it was shipped from France). Some companies play games like "used sporting equipment" but either they should have collected it and had you pay them or UPS is probably owed. I've ordered direct before (always on reflexwaterskiusa.com) without encountering this issue. And they have generally been more responsive in the past. Baller aupatking Posted August 23, 2023 Baller Share Posted August 23, 2023 In response to the first post, I’ve bought a bunch of plates, releases, and replacement parts from them and never had that issue. Was what you ordered large? Like full boot setup or maybe a ski? It’s always amazed me how fast I received stuff from them. FedEx takes a week-and-a-half to 2 weeks to get from Snoqualmie to here. Reflex could always get it here from France in 3 days. Crazy fast. Hopefully it’s worth the extra $60. Not like an extra set of buckles Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
