  1. Anybody on here been diagnosed with COPD, and has continued to ski with it? I’ve been chasing respiratory issues the last seven months, and the pulmonologist thinks this is what’s causing my issue. Just wondering if anybody else has dealt with this, thanks.
  2. @krlee Yes I saw the video from Facebook!! A+ for video @nikandsteve

  6. Well 2 weeks into it, 4 doctors and I now know what it is, Pneumonia, very early stage. Chest xray week before last was too early to pick it up. I had a cat scan today, and now for meds and rest. Dr came in with results of the Scan and said good news, Pneumonia is a lot better than everything it might have been for sure. Thanks folks happy skiing
  7. Anyone have any experience with the Phrenic nerve? That would explain a few more of my issues, I have an appointment a little later this afternoon to look into that Thanks again for everyones input
  8. You guys have been awesome with your input, the good news after all my doctors visits is that I am healthy, and it seems to be getting better all be it very slowly. The consensus of the doctors I have visited is that is a low grade oblique strain. Have absolutely no clue how that happened. I am still skiing very well, I am just taking longer breaks between passes, for now. Thanks
  9. @dbutcher no fluttering just doesn’t seem i can get a full breath of air in me. Once i get on the platform that feeling subsides
  10. This past week after I’ve made my first couple passes and as I sit down in the water I’ve been having trouble catching my breath. Once I get out of the water everything seems fine. I’ve seen a couple doctors and they haven’t found anything abnormal going on. Could it be possible that I have a slight abdominal or oblique strain that we inhibits my ability to breathe deeply while I’m in the water, but not out of the water? Thanks in advance
  11. I remember when long line was 75 feet of rope, meaning everything was “short line” I’m sure I couldn’t see the boat now if I was still going out long line!
  12. @Moffattra I have a feeling though, that’s not her ski
  13. Replace the skier buoys With buoys that are 5 feet outside of tolerance After you finish skiing, And let him have all the fun he wants
  14. Every season i get a new handle and slalom line, if you haven’t had one break on you, you won’t know how inexpensive it is to replace these, or how much it can hurt you if they break on you
  15. @wski1831 thanks for the invite but we are scheduled to fly back to Florida tomorrow afternoon. I did manage to get a few sets out at sunset ski ranch, which by the way, was beyond amazing! On the way back Saturday I did manage to swing by the pond, and that looks like a great site also. BTW this is an amazing area, I have already played countless rounds of golf around here, and even a few rounds at Pebble in the recent past. Thanks for all the input, look me up when you guys are in S FL
