@Jody_Seal or others, I am looking for three riser bolts that go through the Carb and spark arrestor so that the engine cover bolts can go on. 2 of the 3 sheared off when i was doing my ZO conversion in the fall. Ive checked with Nautique parts with no success. Any ideas? Thoughts to find a couple of replacements Thanks

@david_ski i did the gateway conversion kit, bought through nautique parts. Tried replacing the gas gauge and volt meter, but new guages didnt solve problem. Maybe thats why the gateway box lasted only a few years.

@swc5150 thanks, was thinking 20-22 for mine @6balls i like the way you think, but my skiing is the best in years would like to get newer boat now to enjoy while im good, getting older by the day you know

A few months back someone posted asking prices for a handful of 196's for sale, and I was wondering why mine would fall into that list. 1100 hours, just replaced gauges ( faria conversion ) and added ZO this past fall. Recovered Rear Seat, Rear lockers and driver seat with skins from Christine's Marine. I have my eye on a '16 SN 200, Thanks.

So how does one go from old school to WCS? I find it inherently challenging to make anything but the slightest changes in my skiing, maybe its the old school processer firmly imdedded

Plug and play sounds a bit simplified... I did my 04 with the 5.7 over a weekend, not complicated at all though ... money well spent

I hate the 22 off wake on all the boats I have skied behind at 34MPH, I start at 28 in Tourneys, and 32 in practice

I have a pair of EP graphite Kevlar jumpers 70-ish inches. Maybe even 72 it's been a while since they've been near the water. No bindings and have to have some screw holes refilled. I gave up jumping a long long time ago.

I choose the ECM and it seems to connect but no parameters show up on diagnostic page ....

Just upgraded to ZO from PP on an 04 SN, deep water starts seem sluggish, Tim at inboard solutions suggested I change the cam retard 7°, can anyone walk me through that? I hooked up the diagnostics but it didnt seem to be talking with ECM, and distributor is obstructed by fuses on new wiring harness. Other than this the conversion was flawless. Thanks

Does anyone pick a spot 10-15 feet ahead of the next bouy? Ive always had a habit of looking right at it and skiing right to it when things arent going good on a pass

I grew up in Pensacola, and skied often with Tom Watson, who i think developed those lakes about the time I moved to S Fla. ( 85ish maybe) Ive skied the site a handful of times and always ski very well there also. Looking forward to getting back
