Rubber Baby !!! Did hard shells a couple seasons 15 years ago, never fell in love with them.

Everything else is working fine on PP timer stopped last week. All my magnets are in. Any ideas ?

@wawaskr i broke down and bought a new sending unit but to no avail , still no working gauge. The float on the one i pulled out was worn to say the least... I was on planet nautique and theres a few posts about a bad faria gateway box creating gauge issues.. No one has replyed to my question if the gas gauge gets affected by this ... Yet ... Apparently the water lines from pitot tubes go directly into this box at transom in the rear locker in our boats. Tubes are rubber , rubber cracks and water gets into electrics never a good mix ..... The replacement for the box on nautique parts is 1k .... I need to get more frustated with it before i check the box or throw a grand at it

@Fast351 , @Gloersen Hey, so I finally got around to changing out the sending unit, and gauge still reads full ..... and Im sure its not full now ..... dash panel gauge issue ? any suggestions ? Thanks

Anybody else chewing through handles with their skis ? Ive gone through about 4 master line handles the last couple of years , was able to ship them back to ML to have them redone fortunately. As i was speaking to the guys on the phone the mentioned that Goode are the top of the list... Anyway to mitigate the issue ? Already have gotten the handles with the hard rubber overlays.

Back in the day , I could just strap a ski on and go .... Now that I'm longer in the tooth , strentgh and stamina are at a premium ... What do some of you guys do in the weight room , and cross training to get you to your best skiing form the quickest ? Thanks

What does everybody use to protect their hands from calluses tearing ? Or just general up keep ? The number of sets I can ski each week is usually limited to how my hands feel, any suggestions on reducing the wear and tear on the hands ? I prefer a open finger Kevlar glove , and daily sanding of calluses followed with lotion .

My ski partner had it done a few months back ... Day after he was complaining of dizziness nausea with a severe headache ... Spent the next 5 days in the hospital ... Apparently you can leak important fluids if the procedure isn't done perfectly

Question for you guys with the mikro-just how far off of the factory binding placements do you eventually end up , or maybe your off of your pre mikro-just locations ?

How will I ever get my girl friend to start skiing with injuries like that ?? She's worried about broken legs , I think she'll be ok , since no one has mentioned that yet

Heres one you should not try at home .... Hand through handle fall, strained radial nerve around the brachial plexus area in my shoulder.... ( similar to Carson Palmers Injury )14 months ago , still only have 80% ( up from roughly 50%) use of left hand ( no more guitar playing ) just now returning to working out and occasional skiing. Not bad for 25 + years of skiing though .....

Just wondering who had issues with their gauge on the SN 196. Mine stopped working a few weeks ago ( yes the thought occurred it seems like its been a while since we gassed the boat ) just wondering if its the gauge in the dash that goes bad, or possibly the transducer in the tank .... thoughts on what goes the first, and the easiest to troubleshoot.
