  1. @lathompson With price of materials. you can't build that house for $156/sf right now. I saw a guy flaunting his wealth the other day, he had 4 sheets of 3/4" plywood in the back of his truck.
  2. I had similar issue with a 196. It was annoying as heck. The vertical rudder play was too much, I added a large washer on top of the rudder below the tiller arm. I questioned if I left one out or messed up reassembly after greasing the rudder. Get under the boat while it is in cradle or on trailer and see if the rudder can be pushed up and down.
  3. @lathompson Listing says 2nd chance b/c buyer could not close. Princeton Lakes is a great site, that house should not last long. I wonder if the price spike in ski lake homes (and others) is creating problems for loans and getting appraisals from comparable properties?
  4. Price reduction on Lago Santa Fe house. Hope a skier buys it at $599,900 https://www.har.com/homedetail/330-lago-circle-dr-n-santa-fe-tx-77517/2628350
  5. Property taxes are low vs Texas. https://har.com/homedetail/330-lago-circle-dr-n-santa-fe-tx-77517/2628350
  6. Rob, I had loss of power at acceleration and found a crack in the 2 inch long fuel line inside FCC canister.
  7. Digging the Flavor Flav award bling! Enjoyed the webcast and liked the rule where you steal your opponent’s seeding.
  8. http://livestream.com/accounts/24094889 The webcast links on their website direct to last year's tournament on Lake 38.
  9. @LakeOneSkier You should make the LakeOneSkier Rant into a rap song to replace the soundtrack. Price drop to below market, kind of interesting since houses are selling quickly and this one is so nice.
  10. The Covid premium is pushing up prices on boats, golf carts, bikes, SUPs.... I have seen this boat and it is sweet.
  11. Just a reminder that your boat insurance policy has a Medical Coverage component. Boat US is $5000 per person limit and it increases to $15,000 for immediate family members. Nice to remember with the higher deductibles many carry on their regular health insurance.
  12. One time Jeff Rogers lost… against Jeff Rodgers.
  13. It is so annoying when people leave the D out of Geoff Rodgers' name.
  14. @mortyski I have one fin on my ski with 2 wings on that single fin. One wing is set at zero wing angle and positioned 1/2 inch below the bottom of the ski. This wing is forward (towards the leading edge) on the fin. The other wing is in the normal location on the fin
  15. @Mortyski what is the 2 fin setup? I’m running a 2 wing setup as per Fin Whispering book.
  16. If you end up cutting the rebar, Bolt Cutters are better than a Hack Saw.
  17. I just want to acknowledge Eagle Vests (Masterline) for offering a custom ski vest for us non off-the-rack sized guys. I just received my 2nd custom sized Eagle Vest and it fits like it was made by a tailor. Prior to ordering my first custom Eagle vest over 10 years ago, I bought and returned (or resold) a number of vests while searching for a decent fit. I’m 6’-6” and hard to fit. There was one Quicksilver vest (complete with metal silver star studs) that was so short in the waist that we called it the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader vest. Camaro offers an XXL, it’s a great fit if you have a 42” chest. I would have outgrown that XXL by 10th grade. Eagle is really the only option for me. Eagle donated a Custom Vest to the recent International Water Ski Team Funding auction and I was happy to be the winning bidder. It’s an added bonus to support our team and upgrade my gear. Thanks to Russell Gay for contributing to the auction and to Eagle’s Randy S and Larry S for getting me fitted. In addition, I love my 1.125” dia. Masterline handle and 71” Lithium Senate. It’s great that ML & Radar consider the Big & Tall market.
  18. Webcast is up on YouTube. Who are the announcers?
