I've experienced sevaral "just beyond warranty" failures with another mfg. with a similar style of boot. Many credit card issuers offer a buyer protection benefit that doubles the warranty term. You can file an online claim with minimal hassle. On an unrelated note. If anyone experiences a serious waterski injury, look to the medical portion of your boat insurance policy. Our Boat US policy covered the $5000 deductible until my regular Med insurance took over.

Cuff was painful, it is stiff, dug in and about an inch taller than before. How does the height compare to your Vectors? Performance was great on return.

It appears the newest lakes in Texas are for the surfers. This surfpark lake opens in Waco on July 1. Waco Surf Park This lake opened near Austin and the F1 racetrack Nland Surf Park And this one is in @Kelvin back yard August Lakes They have 12 ft deep lakes and seem to promote wakesurfing and tubing while bypassing the slalom course.

@vtmecheng When the baffle failed it was fine at idle. Had adequate power to ski my wife but barely enough hole shot to get me out of the water. Upon removing the muffler, discovered the rubber padding under the muffler was dislodged and a couple of thin spots on the underside of the muffler developed. That is another area to inspect during baffle repair.

I've had a couple of loss of power issues on my 02. First was a small slit in the hose inside the FCC. I now replace that 2.5" long hose about every 3rd fuel filter change. Agree with OzSki on muffler. My 196 also had a loss of power and exhaust tone change. One riser got warmer than the other. The muffler baffle collapsed creating back pressure. The muffler would also pillow out when the throttle was revved. I bought a used muffler from Art Cozier, but they are repairable if you don't mind the downtime. Installing the muffler is no joy eliminate other possible problems first.

Just received a new Blactec 2.0 full suit. The material and graphics say 1.5 mm while the tag and website says 2.0. Maybe a change.

Why can't you just use ski it again? Set country filter to Canada in the Search.

Staple stripes of Velcro to the edge of a shelf. Hang gloves to dry or store. I used the fuzzy part of worn out ski gloves.

Congrats. My tower was "stored" on CL too. I made 4 cover plates that matched the previous tower mount brackets. Attached Bimini straps to the cover plates.

An update. HO sent me a lace kit. The cord lock is a Nifco CLC1 for 2 mm static cord. I was trying to thread in some 2.5 mm cord. The properly sized 2 mm cord threads in just fine.

I am LFF and the handle Vee rubs against my ski too. Unlike most almost all LFF skiers, I position the rope on the left side of my ski. You might try moving the rope to the left side of your ski since it seems that is where it wants to go anyway. Rotate the ski to 2:00. If that doesn't help, go back to the standard rope position.
