    I used washers on the first model (I purchased in about 1996) and it worked fine. I am glad this thread came up. I finally purchased the new unit and think I do need the heel lift!

    You have to set boundaries especially at pressure packed moments...stress relief!

    Jeff Rogers runs 39.5 off at 36mph in the dark without a warm up pass...he did so in Destin, FL 1996 Nationals Open division....Kryptonite!
