  1. Pretty pathetic that the criteria seems so ridiculous....Uncle Bobby hilarious as usual!!
  2. @jpwhit , I did a similar restoration about 10 years ago on a 1991 Prostar. I didn't have to repower it, but did just about everything else to it. Fun project.
  3. @PatM great idea. just ordered one! Thanks as always for the input ballers....
  4. Hey ballers, I'm looking for a spring 3/4 leg shorty, preferably a chest zip, I hate the water trickling in through the back zipper! does O'Neil make a chest zip 3/4 leg, I couldn't find the hyperfreak in a 3/4 leg.
  5. Hey Ballers, was wondering if there was a public course is this area?
  6. I have skied both, and own an NRG R1. I skied my buddies R2 and it is fantastic. Really much better than the R1 in my opinion. I skied the Senate Pro at the @theboardingschool and bought the ski. I felt the Senate was much more confidence inspiring. That said, the R2 was great. For reference, I am 54 and started skiing about 5 years ago. I ski at 32mph, and last summer just started skiing 28' off, inconsistently. If you can get to the boarding school, I am sure Travis can put you on one. You will probably buy it.
  7. yes @Minelickskier , I regretted not going with the 10' ceiling. It actuality its fine, it will heat up faster this winter!!
  8. So I finally built my barn for storage of the boat, tractor, mowers, etc. I wanted to have a one man easy solution for storing the bow cover, rear seats, and Bimini that didn’t require wrestling with them. I think this set up will work well! Gotta do something now that there is snow on the ground….
  9. @dchristman I still have the TRC on the far left!
  10. @lpskier, might have a ride over from Vermont next summer!
  11. @S1Pitts did I read you have the Denali as well? Was wondering how they compared?
  12. @S1Pitts and @BobF , our course has been out for about a month now, but looking forward to 2022. Yes the ski definitely seems glued to the water, really tip down. I thought the cold water, 50 degrees, would feel slippery and unstable. I was blown away.
  13. So I skied the NRG R2 this weekend, in the cold Vermont water. I have been on the NRG R1 for the past couple of years, So I wasn't expecting a radical difference, especially with the cold water. I couldn't believe how much more planted, for lack of a better word, it felt. Especially on the onside. The offside on the R1 was always great, but I had to work a little more on the onside. Really impressed, I guess I am upgrading.....
  14. @S1Pitts , I did the same with the whisper fin in June. I have the R1 and LOVE the offside but had been struggling with the onside. WOW, major improvement with no downside to the offside. Would love to try the R2, maybe demo in the spring, water is is soon to be quite firm here in Vermont!!
  15. @BraceMaker, could be. I went back to look at it but picture was down.
  16. Hey ballers, I was on the HO website I came across the HO's Switchblade fin, designed by Will Asher. Looks an awful lot like the Whisper Fin, and costs $19.99. Anybody else see this?
  17. Has anyone on this forum skied the Omega Max? A lot of hype, but I haven't heard of any ballers who have skied it?
  18. @kc let us know what you think vs original whisper fin. I am using the original on my NRG R1
  19. anybody running the whisper fin on it?
