  1. Hey ballers, is anyone aware of any shops in northern new england that demo Radar skis? With HO and D3 skis avalable to demo, I was hoping to try the Radar, too! The Vapor sounds like an amazing ski, but it sure would be nice to run a few sets before plunking down that kind of money!
  2. here's another one for you @Horton
  3. thanks for the brief review, I want to get on this ski this spring
  4. I would love to get one. Where can I order?
  5. @Horton have you seen any prototypes?
  6. Impressive, HO providing incredible opportunity to try this ski! When the ice thaws here in Vermont, I am going to do this!
  7. Buy a powder alpine ski, don't mess around. Not even a remotely close feel. Rossignol super 7 or another equivalent. Don't waste your time.
  8. @Horton is there a difference between the 2015 and 2016 HO CX?
  9. Thanks @eddie_roberts_jr , I think I am going to do that!!
  10. Thanks Horton, I will do that. Looking forward to your review of the senate! Come on @eddie_roberts_jr send him the ski! Better yet, can I ski one in Orlando the the third week of April?
  11. Thanks Horton! Its gonna be a while before I get on the lake here in Vermont!! I may try to sneak to Orlando over the kids april break. Any recommendations for a coaching day down there? Recovering from shoulder surgery last summer in addition to the 20 year break! I am sure I could use a day with a good coach.
  12. Tons of great info, guys! thank you so much andjules, Marco, and Bill22!
  13. After not skiing for almost 20 years, I have gotten back into slalom skiing as my kids have started skiing. I found a great deal on a prostar, and am now looking to upgrade my 1985 O'Brien TRC! I was never anything special, 22 off skier, but want to get back to 22 off and hopefully better. Now that I am 48 years old, I was considering skis like the vapor or Syndicate Type R or Mapple T3 vs the Senate or CX. Are skis like the Vapor/syndicate/T3 overkill for me if I want to focus on the course, or are these cross-over skis the way to go?
