@Wish bought mine for 10 k 6 years ago with 400 hours. Could probably make money on it even with over 800 hrs now but I’m leaning toward a 409 upgrade.

Love @storm34 2001 ski. That thing is a blast to ski and fun to drive. Here’s my 2000. It’s been fun to teach my kids how to ski with it. We have hundreds of hrs doing all things water sports behind it. I’m hoping to upgrade thievpower plant in the next winter or two.

@mike_mapple and if you have a single shot 22 or a 22 revolver, you can use ( CB rounds) that are quieter than a pellet gun? (neighbor friendly)

Thought I would update where I’m at. The surgery was successful, although I don’t have any feeling. I may get it back at a limited amount. Basically burn and freeze but no sensitivity. Here’s a picture 1 week ago and now this morning

@Windsurfnut thats what I’m a little afraid I’ll do to mine. I’m sure I can ski again with it non functional, but I have that other thing I do ( carpentry) that having a working trigger finger is helpful for.

I am definitely going to give the clincher gloves a go. I'll be honest I'm a little afraid of popping the flexor tendon, if I hit it to early. The surgery seems to have been a success so far. I have feeling back and I can move the finger around in my cast.

I’m a carpenter by trade. I was cutting a small block with a skill saw and I he saw caught the block and pulled my hand into the blade. I always tell my guys to cut a small block off a larger one. Don’t tty and trim a tiny bit off a tiny block. I didn’t follow my own advice. After 20+ years in the trade I should know better. First traumatic skill saw injury for me though.

I had an accident at work and severed my tendons in my left index finger. I’m having surgery to repair it and I was wondering if anyone has experience on how long till they were able to ski again. I have a ski trip to Florida February 1st for a week that I am going to do my best to make happen. Super Nasty Pictures Below. Click Spoiler button to see them.

Im on 2-12 years on my carbitex bindings and other than new cables the boots are in great shape. I’m good for a few yard sales a year skiing 4 times a week from may through September. Hope you just got a bad boot. Love my radar boots

The best wake I’ve ever seen was behind a 64 Ski Nautique with a couple modifications. A couple tracking fins a hand throttle and perfect pass startgazer. Pulled hard and tracked really well

82 shoot that’s middle of July here in Iowa. Water is in the 60s here and with the low 50s air temp in the morning it feels warm. Just went to my heater top. Wet suit comes out next week?
