I've got a Slasher right now because I got it on a deep sale, but at list price, I'd definitely go with a Stokes.

@tjs1295 That's like telling someone who wants a brownie to stop complaining because there's plenty of other food to eat like raw broccoli and unwashed turnips, or like telling a crack addict to just go smoke a cigarette instead 😆 I run outside in the winter, and my offseason sport is rock climbing (indoor gyms) and I quite enjoy it... but nothing compares to skiing. It's not about being cold or warm, it's just about my love of water skiing.

Well my brother said I deserve a panda for creating too many boat designs... which is true, but also made me think "Ah yes, black and white color schemes!" 😆 Note that up until this point, I avoided using black as the bottom hull or as the main interior deck, for practicality reasons (water spots on bottom and hot surfaces on top), but I just had to do it for this one lol. I'm usually a lots-of-color guy, but these are just so clean n sharp!

And props on @RAWSki on his design. I often find mostly-white designs too plain, but that layout manages to be simple but still really striking. I had to do a version in blue, since that's my color 😃

And thus the people, exhausted, cried out, "Will it never end?!" Different color "layout" than any I did yesterday. These all have the front deck and nose-side the same color, but also that color "wraps" over to the interior deck. I like 'em: 20,21 22,23

Annnd finally, some very similar versions to earlier ones, but swapping in a white main interior deck instead of colored. Ok I need to go to bed. But I like Sangria... the color... but also the drink... I need to go to bed. 15 16, 17 18, 19

I have been intrigued by using gray more though for sure, here's a bunch I just cooked up. Pictures didn't come through very big, I can do larger versions of any upon request: 5, 6 7, 8 9, 10 And then you gotta try for something unique. I did not expect Coastal Blue and Sangria to work like it does, but... I actually really dig it: 11, 12

Here's some I did last year but didn't get lost by MC since I had saved them in PDF. Here's single shots, the PDFs have all the other angles and interior too. Oh man designing boat color schemes is one of my favorite things lol. But UGH, it seems MasterCraft has deleted from my profile all the boats I designed last summer! Damn... I had some good ones too... what are you lookin' for, something red, blue, white? Gray flooring or tan? Gimme some inspiration, what do you want your boat to say?! An artist needs a MUSE!😆

@lpskier but there is some benefit to using terminology that more immediately "means something" to the average skier. So even though a "Denali 68" is still 65 inches, when someone see's "Denali 68", they would know (at least roughly) what size/weight that corresponds to in other manufacturers. Though then certainly the danger of confusion regarding the actually length comes back into play lol. What about: 6.4 6.5 6.6 etc? - so the medium would be size 6.7, large would be size 6.8, etc. Kinda weird, sure, but trying to think outside the box for ways to express the unique "Denali sizes" that are more easily relatable to traditional sizes, while still being clear it's not the same thing.

Got my new ski handle in today. My brother @Nautique99 and I (Jim's nephews) get our handles engraved with "Team Jim Ross" - he's a huge part of the reason we both ski. Thank you, love you, miss you Jim.
