  1. Jdarwin, Did you give up on the Fischer ?
  2. Do you like it better than your Fisher?
  3. Ok...I tried it and I like focusing on the shoulder instead of which butt cheek is lower.   /vanillaforum/js/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-tongue-out.gif
  4. Hmmm...I guess I'm trying to figure out just exactly where you are at in the course when you think of this. Are you coming off the 2nd wake, 10 feet off the 2nd wake or almost out to the buoy line? So you are trying to keep your left shoulder as far left toward the shoreline as you can from the wake out to the buoy line? That doesn't sound right though if you are trying to keep that shoulder out over your binding and letting the ski pass under. /vanillaforum/js/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-undecided.gifÂÂÂÂ
  5. I'm confused and I think I actually understood your first post better.  Is it similar to keeping your shoulders level and facing downcourse from the wake to the buoy line?
  6. Any updated user impressions on the Fisher? any direct comparisons to the super fin finicky Monza?
  7. It sounds to me like a technique issue first and second a minor ski tweak issue.  Is he carrying momentum through the turn, is he trying to force the ski to turn because it doesn't feel like it's turning quick enough?  Occasionally I'll find myself not letting the ski finish and what you describe is what happens to me.  I push the ski a bit trying to get it to finish sooner and in reality I've hosed up the turn so I end up with the stop/go style instead of carrying speed through and getting a nice turn with speed and angle into the 1st wake. ÂÂÂÂ
