  2. Salut André  C'est trop gentil. Nous avons toujours fait du ski "en français", c'était seulement sur les forums que j'ai compris que le palonnier était handle!  I usually need hair of the dog http://www.ballofspray.com/vanillaforum/js/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-smile.gif rather than dog hair. Ali
  3. Thanks for the info Mark, colder water might not be the way mention it to my wife, she likes it as warm as possible. cheers Ali

  5. dleenhouts My wife will be working at Natick, I am sure she would love to ski next to the office. I should have added that we would need somewhere with a club boat as we wont have our own boat. cheers Ali
  6. Hi Moving to Boston at the end of March next year, myself and my wife are looking for somewhere to ski. We are addicts and ski every weekend in the season (May to September) here in France. Currently we ski at a club on a public lake 2 hours from Paris. We both ski in slalom, I can run the odd 13m (32 off) and my wife runs 15off/26. I am happy to drive and can coach a bit. Ideally private lake would be best but we are used to the public lake early mornings and late evenings here. Please get in touch either here or via mail to gmail dot com alistairksmith  cheers Ali

  10. Topic says it all. We will have a new club boat for the start of next season. Are all the beginners and trick skiers going to be running the boat in and for how long before the slalom guys get at it? cheers Ali PS Forgot to say it will be a malibu lx
  11. You want need to worry about the coffee in Italy, best in the world my wife says. 2 sups and it is gone. You should drop into waterski Italy in the north east and see Thomas. http://www.waterskiitaly.com/ Wifi and guest computers in hotels are usually available, depends how often you want to get connected, do not do data roaming it will cost more than a new ski. Bring a couple of skis with you to sell, that way you can pay for your trip cheers Ali
  12. Aaagghhhhhttp://www.ballofspray.com/vanillaforum/js/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-surprised.gif, I want to drive PP skiers who are not shortline who probably wont be able to feel a difference with cold water and the beginning of the season feelings. Is there 1 setting fits all? Ali
  13. We will have a new boat next year with Zero Off, and I will probably be driving quite a bit at the start of the season for a range of skiers who are used to perfect pass and who if they have skied behind zero off will not have any idea what settings they have tried and used. From what I understand I should try the starting point of: A2 for the slower lighter skier (43/46 kmh) B2 for the faster skier 52/55 kmh  I normally ski B2 at 55kmh into 13m, havent really tried anything else.  cheers Ali
  14. When I went from Monza to A1 the carbon fin came with me. cheers Ali

  20. Found a reasonable price for a 67' Senate. This would be for a friend who skis at 15off and 30/32 mph and weighs 187lbs or 18m 49/52 kmh and 85kg. Would this ski be long enough for him? Â cheers Ali
