  1. Jason Seels is also at Lake Sharpe. Nice site, 8 ball course. Jodi's lake is real nice too. cheers Ali
  2. Shameless bump for this, just about to ship a X5 Rose and a HO A1 to Jodi. cheers Ali
  3. New ski is performing out of the box. No wing stock setup and she ran a new pb first set. A thank you message to you guys on you tube. cheers Ali
  4. @Murrski wife is very keen, how do I contact Terry for designs? IMO a more important point Quest GS 65" is the choice. At 28/30 mph 15 off with a wing or without? cheers Ali
  5. @ShaneH it may just be me but it is a tough comparison RFF to LFF on the glide and turn in for the gate. Idea of comparing is great maybe with another RFF ? cheers Ali
  6. @Than all that is fine, but what about the colour of the ski and what ski wrap design should she think of?
  7. She has read the thread and she is very very excited by the ski wraps. She can't believe I haven't told her about them before. No mention about what ski to get!! cheers Ali
  8. @Murrski very cool. She already has custom made masterline handle (grey/pink fleck and pink for you fashionistas who want to know) Ski wrap could be the winter project. cheers Ali
  9. I'll let her read all the advice. We will then make a logical decision based on what she wants :-)
  10. My wife just pointed out that she prefers the fusion GS, it looks nicer
  11. @skibug how was the change for your wife, what can I tell mine to expect?
  12. My wife is currently on an X5 rose skiing the course at 15off and 28/30 mph, she is 125lbs. Ski is 4 years old so time to get her on a new ride and she has agreed as long as the ski "looks good". I am going to take advantage of the D3 20% off nationals deal. So looking at Quest GS or Fusion GS 65" in either. Any opinions or experiences of the female versions of these skis most appreciated. cheers Ali
  13. last 4 sets I ran 32 in 3 of them. I had only ran 2 all season up until then. Still a keeper:-)
  14. My 66'' A3 is longer than my 66.25 A1. Took me 4 sets to make the change. It usually takes me a while to adapt to changes in set up so 4 sets is pretty good for me. Ski is faster than my A1 (like being back on my monza) and gets wide super easy, being wide at 28 off was a new experience for me. Offside pull feels like the ski keeps turning getting more angle as I get to the wakes. It's a keeper. cheers Ali
  15. Running the villa rentals is where the money is cheers Ali
  16. Ali

    HO "A3"

Is the A3 out yet? Anyone selling it yet and what price?
  17. Thanks Mark. Trying another ski has been slowed down with the recently aquired cracked rib. Note to self throttle back wiht a strong tailwind when you are down on the count
  18. I am currently on an A1 66.25". 160lbs 5ft7" and I ski 34mph into 32 off. Tempted to try the S2 or the A2 so what size should I go with? cheers Ali
  19. I saw the fall from the boat and you were lean locked past the second wake heading towards 3, physically impossible for the handle to hit the ski. Huge fall. Great skiing up till then though. Ali
  20. You need to start at beginner speed. How can you coach a 46kmh skier if you cant ski it yourself :-)
  21. I am only willing to put in to the pot if Horton heads off the dock at beginner speed. 46kmh@18.25! I tried it recently to understand how I should help my wife when I am trying to coach. Wasn't pretty. cheers Ali
  22. I cheated I was in Florida in late Feb and mid-March. Was still sore though. Let me know if you need any help to drop the course in. cheers Ali
