@Gloersen Switched from LFF to RFF? Any video?
  2. So how is ski lenght most accurately defined? Total lenght or front boot location? Front boot location to rear end of fin?
  3. @rico My guess would be budget. We are talking about a fraction of the market for three event tugs.
  4. @BrennanKMN A perfect calibration mode for ZO would be a standard that makes the pull identical behind every hull/engine/transmission/prop combination possible.
  5. @eleeski Oh but there will be a weave or limit there of programmed. If there is zero weave, what exactly is the purpose of autosteer? Zero weave = no reason for autosteer to respond. While you make comparisons to ZO keep in mind while the times are near perfect the speed swing is substantial.
  6. @eleeski Got it. Still can't use 20 cm as a treshold in a computer controlled system. You will end up close to a 120 cm cumulative deviation assuming the system truly works and keeps a consistent weave from buoy to buoy.
  7. @eleeski Below 20 cm won't cut it considering the cumulative component in the rules.
  8. Why is the gelcoat ground down? An attempt to re-gel it in a different color?
  9. I'm 4 days post op from a total knee replacement. Journey has begun, doc said I would be able to ski the slopes again something I've had to avoid the last 7 or so years. He did not sound too optimistic about waterski slalom but after I explained that I've been waterskiing until now while snow skiing hurt too much he said it would probably be ok. For clarification he was clueless about waterski slalom as we know it but an avid alpine skier himself.
  10. @skialex Having a sk weekend at Drepani are we?
  11. @eleeski Maybe you could ask ZO for a C4++ setting? How else can you tell if you've hit the ceiling??
  12. If you're not a 36 mph skier you can easily try some less wing angle than factory recommendation. I'ts not that the ski is slow by any means, in fact it accelerates very well and effortless from ball to centerline. Howevever it also shuts down some more than other skis from centerline to ball (but in a smooth manner) so at below 36 I found decreasing wing angle a degree or so keeps the ski moving through the backside of buoy.
  13. Yea that tax is bringing it yo the EU. Put another 25% Swedish sales tax on top then it's close to 150k USD out the door for a 2020 SN.
  14. The dd looks more like a strictly 3 event club boat with room for a driver + one observer.
  15. @Drago I agree the waterski worlds could very well be held at not so perfect sites if there is a crowd and some exposure. Somehow they managed to run the last two worlds in crappy conditions with only the skiers onsite as audience. Seems pointless to me.
  16. So to whom would the athletes complain about the weather? Yes it's still only weather totally beyond the organizers control.
  17. @eleeski Did the cyclists have to race on a dirt or gravel road along with rally cars having a race at the same time? That would be an adversity what you're talking about is only weather, why would they complain about that?
  18. Do synvisc or durolane as long as it helps along with excercise. After that it's TKR which I'm scheduled for one month from now.
  19. Demoed and bought a ski in Florida once, when I got home and skied in cold water I could not turn it in one direction. Did not notice anything skiing the Florida soup, turned out the fin had only one beveled side. Took the grinder to the unfinished edge and everything was goode again ?
  20. Potential for reasonably great scores. After womens serie 4 top score is 2@38, pretty good with 3 series of higher seeds left to ski.
  21. I have found Connelllys #s to be on the smallish side for the GTR. Try 2.526. 6.850. .760 max 7 deg. Front boot @ 29.875 Let me know how it feels.
