I live in MAnitoba. I ski from early may till thanksgiving. I have a shorty and a dry suit. I ski on a fairly small shallow lake that heats up and cools off quickly. I usually ski in my dry suit about 4ish weekends a year. Then I go hunting!! Hope that helps
I am way more likely to be loyal to a company that offers members discounts. I would also help them out by referring family and friends. Discounts should be reasonable, fair, and not forced on them.
I am far from a rich ski sob!!!!
@MAD11, thanks for the info. Good for her!! I really enjoy her skiing, looking forward to watching her this season, never met her but she always seems like she is having lots of fun!
Teams of 2 you ski a pass, partner runs the next one, then you run the one after. So you skip a shortening and partner has to run it for you to keep going. So I would run 22, partner runs the 28, then you run the 32, etc
I have a buddy that has a place in a private lake. The home owners were asked to host a factory Malibu day. The offer included the opportunity to use/try the new bu's for free. As well as free coaching from team skiers such as will Asher and Regina, they said no!
I like this idea, as a shift worker with kids who participate in other activities, attending a tournament on weekends is not always easy. This would definitely get me to compete a lot more often.
