  1. @bishop8950 I weigh 145, right at the 65/66 mark. On the Fusion I am a 65. I am not a short line skier. I ski 32 mph, 15 and 22 off. The D3 skis match my style better. I am also 65 yrs old and can't handle the speed or hook up of some of the other skis.
  2. Good idea. I know Seth, I will ask him.
  3. @AB I find that curl of the plastic a real nuisance. I've used Strada for 3 years. They wore out and got a set of 2013. The 2013 model curl bad, every time I insert the liner. Radar told me know one complains. Glad I am not alone.
  4. New. Used ounce on the pylon. Will accommodate smart phone, camcorder or go pro. $99 new. Will sell for $50 plus $10 shipping. Ron@benivegna.com or 248, six forty, seventy four twenty eight - cell.
  5. I presently ski a 65 Fusion. I'd like a Quest. I weigh 145, do I go with a 65 or 66?
  6. Stay away from buoy/carabiner to chain. Not very friendly to your fin. My friends and I skied at a private lake, that we were not familiar with their course, and 4 of us drove away with kicks in our fins. We all had to replace them. On our public lake course we use the large hooks (from www.skiertoskier.com) zip tied to surgical tubing zip tied to sub buoy then lanyard to PVC tubing.
  7. @moski I have a E-z Cam for sale. Seriously only used one time. Will use Smart Phone or any Camcorder. I paid $99, I will sell for $50.
  8. @MarcusBrown. You're a cool dude. Look forward to meeting u some day. Keep doing what ur doing!!
  9. @I just bought a ASTAK ACTION PRO 3 for $225 from EBAY. Seems very similar to GO PRO but has a lot of different mounts, LCD screen and a remote. Just set it up on a E Z CAM pylon mount that I got from OB. Seems easy to use.
  10. @T8skier Take a look at B&H Photo, you won't believe the alternatives to GO PRO. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/search?ntt=Sports&ci=1871&N=4294548093&cm_sp=Search-_-HelmetCamera-_-SportsActionCameras_BI12567
  11. @mino Clio and Capac are great private sites. Start $ required at Clio, non at Clio, just a little far, we'll go there on Sundays. I live in Commerce and ski every morning from 600 to 730 on White Lake. There are 4 to 6 guys that run the course, a few more on Saturday.
  12. I like to make sure the color matches my suit or vest. Some times I buy if the ski has some BLING. Although I never liked the hood ornament on the Monza.
  13. @markchilcutt Very good price. Sold my 66" in the beginning of February on SIA for $650 and splitting the shipping costs. Yours should sell, at your price quick.
  14. @Horton Not good on a public lake with course at 6am. It takes 20 min. to clear those monster wakes. Hate those boats but they do have great speakers.
  15. @alex38 I have 2012 Strada Liner Size 8 for sale on Ski-It-Again. Good Luck.
  16. @OB, no response from emails (2 different email addresses). I received a weird message?? Anyway, does the EZ Cam come with all the mounts? Are they available now for shipping? Will the Paypal account work??
  17. @tfriess What is the name of the web site?
  18. I just bought a 65 Fusion a few weeks ago, only skied a couple of sets. I liked it. I ski 32 mph, should I have bought the X7?
  19. I met Sammy Duvalat our boat show when he was promoting that boat. That boat was beautiful. I dreamed of that silver metal flake for years. Never skied behind it but I'm sure it will still turn heads. And, Sammy is a nice guy!
  20. It chirps all the time now when i put in gear, I did put a new impeller in this spring, no noise coming from there. @Bill Gladding , it is not causing grief but it is not normal for my boat. Is there anything I could do or replace? Should I take it in for repair? Where is the strut bushing? Can I check shaft alignment or I need a mechanic? By the way, I have not hit anything in a long long time.
  21. Since I put the boat in the water in early spring, when I go into gear it makes a chirping sound. Also when in neutral, if I attempt to spin the prop by hand it is extremely stiff. Any ideas?
