Will you ever put the BACK BUTTON back at the end of the page or do I have a problem?

Dougger, I fractured my ankle on HO Animals, went to Wileys after ankle healed for the rest of the season, this year went to Strada boots and ski. They come off when needed, I like them a lot. Not much transition from rubber, most people call them a hybrid. Just tighten the bottom cord and snug the top.

We're on public lake in Michigan. I tried to have DNR permit changed to include 55s but DNR said don't rock the boat, leave well enough alone. There is a Walley somewhere complaining to DNR but never to us directly. We take buoys off by Saturday at noon and can reinstall Monday at sun up (no holidays). 20 minutes to take buoys off, 1 hour to put buoys on. Our course has been on our lake for 30/40 years with a DNR permit for Corner Buoys.

I have a '01 Malibu and always have problems. This year I used two paint can lid removers and it went a little easier. I never tried Brent's suggestion but that sounds really easy.

Mine is a 67.5 that I want to put on SIA but I need the year. Brain fart!

ShaneH, I'm from the North and the trend here is to put living space above the garage but it becomes sort of a ice cube in the winter regardless of the amount of insulation in the floor. I had no idea that you'd have to stop the radiant heat into the attic from the roof, we have to stop the cold from the garage entering the living space floor. Thx, Ron

Budman, Great skiing. My ski is set to Rini's numbers. I'm shorter and heavier than you, 5'7'' 155#, I ski on a D3 RCX 66" Wileys so I opted for the Strada 66'' and Strada boots w/ RTP. I'm no where near your level of skiing but my falls look similar. Total new set up this spring for me. I'm frozen in Michigan with still plenty of snow and ice. I've never spoken to Paul Jager but have bought stuff from him, seems to be a nice guy at least is service is great with lots of email communications. I never skied the Strada just read a lot of great things about it and had to have one. Can't wait to get back on the water. Thanks for your help and stay on this side of the water. Ron

Budman, I noticed the fin settings in your log book from Rossi and Rini for the Strada. I just picked up a Strada and was wondering your thoughts on these numbers. You ride a Strada, right? Ron

Chef23, There is a video on the CC site, the pylon screws in and out of the floor. They really don't show the wake unless it's a wake board shot.

Bobuna, I skied the Connelly Rocket years ago and thought it was a Rocket. Besides the weight of that ski, I thought it was fast back then. You really have to try the new skis but as everyone suggested demo many skis. MrB

Saw on Good Morning America, these skis simulate snow skis, he uses snow ski poles as he ski/surfs.

I remember this boat at the boat show in 98. Lucky Lowe was there and was a pro skier for American Skier. Cool guy, I didn't see much of the show, we talked for hours about him and the boat. He talked highly of the boat, I ended up buying a Malibu.

Where do you start the measurement of the Strada binding? There seems to be 2 places on the boot. If I measure from the lowest point on the boot I'll get 29 1/2 or from the highest I'll get 29 1/4.

That may be the first and last they build. That interior is ugly, and with that interior I wouldn't count on a good wake either.

I'm 5'7" and 145 lbs and wear a medium. A medium could be a very long on him, there is about 3 " left on the legs (he's a little lighter and shorter). You better have him try on before he buys.

Boat show is usually after the auto show (Detroit area) in late January early February. It will be nice to see a new ski boat.

What is on the floor? Is that carpet, rubber or fiberglass?

Thanks for all the information based on experience. I 'm going to check on the demo program at H2o Pro Shop. I'll wait a month or three and get closer to spring.

I'm not too crazy about FM, they seem to be require too much set up. I don't read too much about Prodigy. I never think about Goode. I think I need to demo Strada. My son-in-law uses the Reflex, I tried a double set up last summer but felt they were too stiff. Are the Strada's more of a soft feel? Are they a comfortable, hard shell that are safe but not a sloppy Wiley rubber?

Matt P, My son-in-law uses Reflex and also recommends. Do you use the Reflex shell in the rear or a real RTP?
