    Mystic is a great site and the people are even better. The water is clear and yes it can be windy. Only a 2 hour drive for me ,but I would be going even if I was further away.

    I use a regular height liner and use a Velcro strap around the top of it. It's one of the thin liners from Goode (non intuition). The strap came with my drysuit. I've used it all year and it has held up well. And I ski A LOT.

    Hang in there Jim & Mark. I haven't been on for a while and it's strange because today is the 24 year anniversary of finding out I had cancer. Hardcore skiers have the strength and mentality to beat these things. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

    Hopefully ski like I did in 2015. I'm thankful I stayed healthy,but 16 was a rough.

    @Shane. Several weeks ago I rode a friends 2016 65 vapor and it was more manageable for me. The radar guys are great and Eddie was going to trade but they didn't have a 65 at that time. I picked up a 65 D3 Arc-s and I have been riding it for almost 2 weeks. Some people of similar size can ride a 66 or longer with no problems but I think I need to stick with something shorter.

    @JC McCavit I'm glad it worked for you so quickly. I think it's a good ski but it has felt more like a project for me. @6balls I got in touch with Rossi and his set up helped, but with a cross or tailwind I still struggled. I'll try the wing at 10 but the 65 felt like a better fit for me. The Radar guys are hard to beat. Eddie,Sully and Rossi are always nice even if I'm riding something from the dark side.

    I have a 66 that may be for sale unless I trade it for a 65. I think it's a good ski ,just too long for me.

    I'm 5'7" 140 I have a 66 17 pro build. I rode a friends 2016 65 vapor and it confirmed that the 66 is too long for me. I may trade it for a 65 or sell it on SIA.

    You are both smooth skiers. A little more weight on the front foot will make your offside turn quicker. What a beautiful lake. Are you not allowed to have a course there ?
