I tried out my new Zbox this weekend at SkiTexas phase2. I pulled 1 good skier who ran in to -35 at 34.2. He said B2 felt like the B2 he was used to on a ZO boat. Looking forward to trying it again in a couple of weeks. Big thanks to Jim Thompson for all his help!

Looks like it could be a good place to start a "bare bones ski boat". Wonder how it would sell here in North America....

You can order parts from wileys, I have rebuilt many wileys binders, & RTP's. I have attended the Thompjs school of binder rebuilding so if you start rebuilding one PM me.

It was a fun project! And it skies so sweet! If I had the cash I would have no problem buying at this development. Great neighborhood too.

There several options out there. Perfect Pass,Perfect Pass Stargazer, & Stargazer w/Zbox are IMO the best options for that boat. If you are a poor boy like me find a used PP system on skiitagain.com. You can probaley find a display/brain box/servo used for $400 or less. You can put it in your self

After Hortons review I went to Swiss Ski School for a set on the SR2. I did not find it "forgiving". It was alot stiffer than the 9700 67" 200amp. It was hard to turn, But a rocket across the back of the boat. It also felt stable under my feet. If I could get a good deal on one I would buy it, but not willing to pay $1700.00 Horton, I would still like to buy that one if you ever decide to sell it....BTW I'll come pick it up.

JC, I had the opposite experience with the 2 systems, what boat do you use? I use a '02 Response LX 320 Monsoon.

I would look for a '93 or '94 Mastercraft Prostar 190, with EFI, & if it dos not have it StarGazer cruise. If I was skiing long line alot thats what I would want.......

Several years ago I had to send my TS6M back to the Supra factory in Maryville,TN. I had a transport driver pick up my boat that had a set up like this one. He hooked my trailer up to the back of the truck and took off down the road at 80+ miles an hour. He had a wakeboard boat sitting on a tandem trailer on top of his truck. He said he was not too worried if he flipped it, it was only a wakeboard boat! BTW, I went to maryville to check on my boat, the trailer had 2 new tires on it. I asked and was told both my tires blew out on the trip back to the factory.
