  1. We use electric forklifts where I work and after having done so we would NEVER go back to fuel again , instant torque , quicker to top speed , no fuel , AND the benefit in a boat would be possibility to use solar cells. ROI and pricing argument ? All heard before when they announced electric Cars decades ago. E juice is cool and the future.
  2. It is for a trick ski , first ski boat I skied behind was an 88 Ski Brendella and this is where they had the trick ski located. I do not trick but this IS where they had theres stored.
  3. Although I have no experience on either GT 15 or 16 I can pretty well tell you it will tire you just as soon , the high end slaloms regardless of brand are designed to turn 6 balls where the "crossover" skis , Senate & C , HO CX and CX SL , Connelly V and V carbon ride higher in the water and subsequently do not tire you as soon. FWIW I am 46 and am looking at a HO A2 ... yes I will tire quicker but the trade off for me is worth it , less sets but at higher performance. I think you are likely already on the right ski for you. If I could find a CX SL or Senate C I would be buying them. That being said , how much for your 2011 Senate C ? :)
  4. @andjules Thanks ... I can't edit so I will just add that I have a size nine foot and my old bindings were medium D3 Leverages.
  5. @jimbrake does it have bindings ? Pics if so please.
  6. Can anyone confirm what sizes the exo bindings came in , specifically 2011 or did they not change ? @savaiusini you have been a big help so far in my inquiries into this ski I am considering but I have little to no knowledge on the product. The seller says they are 9/10 , some sites I see list 8-9 , 10-11, 12-13 so I am just confused . Please HELP !!!
  7. @bananaron so do you have one with bindings for the 350-400 price I hear it is a great ski and if it is a 66/67 would work perfect for me. Thanks
  8. Looking for 66/67 ski , 165 lbs / 36 mph skier , open water with some course. Let me know what you have, preferably with bindings.
  9. @Horton I called last week and spoke to Matt , GREAT customer service he said they use top measure BUT the 65.5 would be the right ski for me based on 165lbs @ 36 mph. Thanks to all who replied . @savaiusini If you can confirm would be great , thanks.
  10. Just read my above post and just to clarify I really only want to determine is this a 66.5 according to HO and therefore suits my weight range or is it a 65.5 and I will be too heavy. I am a 165 lb 36 mph skier. Anyone have a HO contact @Horton perhaps ?
  11. Hi Ballers , if anybody can help I know you can. I am looking at a 2012 HO A2 , however the seller says no tag on it to state the ski length. He put a tape on it and from tip to tail on top sheet not following curve in the ski it is 65.5 , when he follows the curve of ski on bottom it is 66.5 . I suspect you do not follow curve. I am kinda bummed cause I want the ski however not bad enough to ride one that is too short. Thanks in advance for any insight you can offer.
  12. Hi Ballers , perhaps I am missing it but can someone please give me the sizing for the 2016 Radar Vector boots ? I see Small , Standard and XL, but never seem to see what sizes these fit. Thanks in advance . Also @Horton I am coming over from D3 leverage dual boots , do you think this is advisable ? I am 46 this summer and tired of using all my energy to get the ski on rather than skiing itself. Thanks in advance , you all rock !
  13. Just sold my ski looking for something in this range with boots. Let me know what you have and how much your asking. Ski-it-again been picked over pretty good and lots of blanks but little with bindings. LFF skier , 165-170 lbs. 34-36 mph depending on conditions. Mostly open water with some course ski-ing.
  14. Ok ... so I tried switching and it FELT beyond odd to me and immediately put me off balance and I could not seem to get in a "stack" ... switched back but I will continue to experiment. Maybe slow the boat some at first ... running 36 mph.
  15. Thanks for all the comments @MrJones your the odd man out it seems BUT I do recognize what you are saying AND I guess since I bat right (right palm up) Golf Right (right palm up) why should my ski grip be any different. This being said I am going to as you all suggested try it out. If my skiing suffers I can revert easily. Thanks to all contributors !
  16. Turning 46 next week , mostly free skier with a little bit of slalom course time. 22 off @ 36 mph. @Than_Bogan just made me realize I may be ski-ing with the "incorrect" palm up. I am LFF and after watching video just discovered I have my left palm up. Skied with Kyle Eade at Ski Fluid and he never mentioned making the correction . So my question is , after 30 years of skiing this way do I make the switch ? Oh and btw I think I may of tried to change before and switched back subconsciously???
  17. Thanks @Mitzysman appreciate the quick response.
  18. I have a friend that asked me about this ski , well since it is so far removed from what I ride I had no idea on what to tell him. Can anyone offer some insight into it ? He is 6 foot and 200 pounds and wants to really just improve his open water slalom but he does like to ski 30-32 mph.
  19. Getting ready to rip at Fluid Ski on a prototype Connelly V lent to me by Kyle ... had just come from the Hall of fame with my father and had met Carol Lowe , mother of one of my childhood idols , what a day this was for me !
  20. Carbon fiber coming through just the right amount ...
  21. @ wish 65 in. Theory be ok for someone 5'10 , 170 ? I am sure you know better than I , that is why I am asking I am 5'9 170 and was going to go to a 67"
