    @skijay at some point is it not about enjoyment and love of the sport and being on the water with friends. I know this i have not paid for a set in 4 years? My ski partner pays for everything, all i have to do is show up and drive.a 10% loan is just nuts! any fool with enough money for a 70k boat should have better credit not to get that kind of rate. If not he shouldt be buying a boat.

    @eficalibrator i would like to see a 4 banger do the set up at the lake i ski at. I think we are close to the shortest run in a 200 can handle without a prop change. If you are worried about fuel consumption buy a 4 banger for your daily driver and put the extra fuel $$ into your boat. How about you put one in your boat first and tell me how it works out.

    Yall talk about loosing weight and want to drop to a V-6? Where i come from V-6 is well unexceptionable in anything why not go for an aluminum block LS3? more HP better fuel economy than a 6.0 with DOD and save fuel when at idle. Me i would go for a LSA and just sawp it boat to boat as i got a new one
