  1. Hey @brewski I am pretty interested in this offer but I was wondering if you had a plate and release that you are willing to sell. If you do send me a pm. Thanks Frank
  2. Found this... apparently Jimmy Siemers is with Jobe now and was involved in designing the ski. http://www.waterskimag.com/news/2013/07/17/jobe-signs-jimmy-siemers/
  3. I saw this picture that posted on instagram, have any of you heard anything about that jobe trick ski? http://instagram.com/p/eQlJsUIOFK/?fb_action_ids=10153294986530221&fb_action_types=og.likes&fb_source=other_multiline&action_object_map={%2210153294986530221%22%3A449771128471592}&action_type_map={%2210153294986530221%22%3A%22og.likes%22}&action_ref_map=[]#
  4. @eleeski I actually happen to have a pair of plastic rollerblades sitting around so if I was a high school student without a job and am already spending a lot of my money on a new trick ski, would it be a good option for me to build my own hardshell system and if so how would I go about doing that? Thanks Frank
  5. I am also in the same situation currently and was wondering if anyone knew where I can get a hardshell for cheap. Also would putting a strada or rs1 or another textile type binding on a trick ski would be good?
  6. Does anyone know where I can get one?
  7. Hey guys, I am currently in the market for a new trick ski and I am considering the graviton. Considering how new it is there is not much info out there on how it skis and how it compares to other skis already out there. I was wondering if any of you has skied on it and knows how it compares to d3, quantum, goode etc... Any information would help. Thanks
  8. @BraceMaker yup that is his lake. I have skied there before. As for the buoys, they would be a dream come true for me as I live on a public lake and setting up a course every time you go out isn't always fun or time efficient. For it to be practical it would have to have a soft top and an insane battery life for adjusting when wind pushed them. I doubt that a gps which is small enough to be practical in something like this could adjust to the exact measurements of a slalom course as fast and frequently as would be required in order to have a decent course.
  9. The first boat I saw walking into the Milwaukee boat show was an X Star priced at $165,900.
  10. I also would like to add that after reading all of these responses, I will most likely save my money on the supplements and focus on eating clean and training right. (that is unless I can convince my parents to buy the stuff for me)
  11. @tfriess I dont think packing on weight is the way to go for slaloming (like what @h2odawg79 said) just look at nate smith. I am not saying that you shouldn't keep working out and gaining strength, I am just saying that measuring your success in weight gain is probably not the way to go. You can gain weight in a bad way also. Clever with the "whey" thing btw
  12. @Chef23 yes we are. That is the main reason I am asking this question. Are all these supplements safe for people my age to use?
  13. @tfriess you should know from your years of experience right?
  14. Can I do cross fit workouts in a normal gym setting and if so where can I find the workouts?
  15. It would be funny if you told your ski buddies about how great your new ski was and then you pull it out of the bag and start freaking out like it broke.
  16. I am starting to get serious about getting in shape so I can ski my best, and everywhere I look there is an add or someone telling me that to get the best results I have to take supplements. Do I really need to take supplements and are they worth the money? I don't want to become a big body builder looking guy but I do want to get strong and lean to help my skiing. Looking better is a beneficial "side affect" in my mind. Would you recommend that I spend my money on supplements and if so what supplements? Different types of protein? Creatine? Pre/post workout mixes?
  17. I want it really bad... but I don't have any money to buy it with
  18. @bishop8950 Will Nate Smith be switching to this from his x7 this year?
  19. When are we going to get a review of the 6.0 from @horton??
  20. I have a 65 HO triumph that could work very well for her. I think it is 2009 or 2010
