kfennell
I bought a pair of Radar Vice gloves and the velcro strap on the back ripped off the first time I used them. I called the store that sold them to me, but they want me to ship them back at my expense, then they ship them to radar, radar ship it to them they ship it to me... it will be mud march before I get them back at that rate! How do I contact Radar directly about this kind of issue? Their site isn't so clear.

Baller eddie_roberts_jr Posted September 22, 2011 Baller Share Posted September 22, 2011 Call 425 369 6851 and ask for Ryan Hughes. If you can send a pic of them he'll probably send you a new pair. If he balks, he shouldn't, let me know. Don't say Horton sent you or it'll be mid June before you get a new pair.

Baller ForrestGump Posted September 23, 2011 Baller Share Posted September 23, 2011 If you say horton told you to call, they'll probably replace them with a used set of KD7000 gloves. ;)
Administrators Horton Posted September 23, 2011 Administrators Share Posted September 23, 2011 I have some new Strada gloves that look like they have some yellow paint spilled on them. Can I send them back? Baller eddie_roberts_jr Posted September 23, 2011 Baller Share Posted September 23, 2011 John, That looks like something that happened while you were writing your name in yellow on the white snow. They're not under warranty. Don't send them back. Gloves that have only gotten wet with lake water are bad enough. Don't even want to think about how putrid these would be.
