Baller tfriess Posted July 18, 2012 Baller Share Posted July 18, 2012 My friend recently started getting into slaloming. He is skiing on a combo ski and is looking to upgrade. He will not be skiing more than 34mph, also would like to keep the price within reason. If you know of any good intermediate skis it'd be greatly appreciated. Baller sunvalleylaw Posted July 18, 2012 Baller Share Posted July 18, 2012 Used D3? My used Nomad is certainly good enough for me, and the forgiving nature of the Denny Kidder designed skis seems to be a good bet for the newer person. You can find lots of used D3's at reasonable prices on ski-it-again The tops colors often fade but that is no big deal.
