Replacing "scags" on a SN 200

I know this is probably weird, but I have a bent fin the bottom of the boat. Our lift can be unfriendly at times if the boat is put too far forward or the lift is not down far enough, but I digress. Does anyone know how to replace one of these? I took the screws out today and assumed it would come out with some force, the thing wouldn't budge. @jodyseal, can you help me out with this, or anyone really. Thanks Ballers!!

just saw this yes we can get you a new fin not a big deal to replace they are lagged in with 6 # 12 fasteners and sealant. give me until after the regionals and I will order you a new one and guide you on R&R.
