Body alignment, body alignment, body alignment! You're squatting with your butt back, especially coming off the 2nd wake to 2/4/6. Straight the back leg, get the hips up and the shoulders behind the hips and all will be well. You do a lot of good things!

@ShaneH is right. Do yourself a favor and seek out and spend a little bit of money on some coaching. It's not that expensive and the results from a set with a good coach are amazing.

It's helped me improve a ton and you will find that what Shane said is something that will be preached and preached and taught to you properly. As soon as you get it you will amaze yourself at how much better you just became. The real kicker is trying to repeat it every pass!
