Gold Member Than_Bogan Posted December 9, 2014 Gold Member Posted December 9, 2014 My 2014 season ended on November 9. For a lot of reasons, both real and superstitious, I do essentially no exercise in the rest of November. But today, I return to the gym to start getting ready for lots of buoys in 2015!! Time to get psyched to remove those plates the woman before me left on the bar...
Baller Marco Posted December 9, 2014 Baller Posted December 9, 2014 I'm hoping my training for next season can start next Monday. I've been forced to be very sedentary since my back surgery 8 weeks ago, but see my surgeon on Friday, and hopefully he will clear me for starting physical therapy. I have major atrophy to overcome, especially in the core. Can't wait to be allowed back in the gym!
Baller skialex Posted December 9, 2014 Baller Posted December 9, 2014 @Than_Bogan my 2014 season is ending but at the same time I feel like I'm already getting ready for 2015 both on and off the water (mostly off). It is getting colder every day and lessens my drive to ski so I'm hitting the gym more often!
Baller gregy Posted December 10, 2014 Baller Posted December 10, 2014 My plan is to start hitting the gym next week. When I skied a few weeks ago my legs felt really weak.
