I know there are a bunch of my friends here who know everything there is to know about the two areas in question, so here is what I am looking for. 1. Want to live on a lake/ski lake that is very family friendly..ie a bunch of kids that live in said community. My kids range from 4-14 2. Price for existing houses to be 800k or less. 3. Would prefer to build my own house, so a vacant lot on a lake is ideal. 4. Want to be in a area with good schools and activities 5. Don't want to be more than 1 hour away from the metropolis.
