Baller jerseydave Posted May 11, 2015 Baller Share Posted May 11, 2015 Hate to part with it, but since I only put 25 hours on it in the last 3 years it's time to move on. Someone is going to get a very special boat here.....only 25 ever made like this. http://www.ski-it-again.com/php/skiitagain.php?endless=summer&topic=Search&category=Comp_Boat&postid=32049
Baller ALPJr Posted May 11, 2015 Baller Share Posted May 11, 2015 Hands down, my favorite ski boat 25th limited. Very nice. If I had a spare 15k I'd be on my way to pick it up.

Baller 6balls Posted May 12, 2015 Baller Share Posted May 12, 2015 Ya TSC-1 territory. I think limiting yourself by price to those only interested in the anniversary edition. Those needing a '91-'94 MC hull have cheaper alternatives: http://www.onlyinboards.com/1993-MASTERCRAFT-PROSTAR-190-WITH-350-LT1-for-sale-SPRINGFIELD-Ohio-49433.aspx
Baller Rpc29 Posted May 12, 2015 Baller Share Posted May 12, 2015 Very tempting, but that price + shipping from NJ would put me over my budget.
Baller swc5150 Posted May 12, 2015 Baller Share Posted May 12, 2015 I agree with Dave, you'll have to find that buyer who wants it for a collection and not a slalom tug...at least at $16k. With the current soft slalom boat market, that's venturing into TSC-2 territory. Really nice looking boat though!
east tx skier
Tough crowd. One of two MasterCrafts I would buy if I were in the market are the 25th Limited or a 1993 Stars & Stripes (red with LT1 and powerslot only). Both are pretty rare boats to find for sale thee days (the latter, particularly in the configuration I would want). Dave's is well cared for. Yes, it will have to be someone who is looking for that boat and not a boat. But the fact of the matter is that there is a market for that boat and if I had to guess, I'd say it will be gone within a month for somewhere in the neighborhood of what he's asking. And even if it's a high price, sellers don't get to start low and go high on price. So more power to ya, Dave.
Baller escmanaze Posted May 12, 2015 Baller Share Posted May 12, 2015 absolutely a beautiful classic. I love it.
Baller jerseydave Posted May 18, 2015 Author Baller Share Posted May 18, 2015 Eastie and others thanks for the comments. I have more pics on my phone if anyone wants to call me I'll text them to you. 609-four62-026four. I have 2 boats so I'm not giving this one the attention she deserves. It needs to go to somebody that wants something unique, not just another Prostar 190.
Baller jerseydave Posted August 21, 2015 Author Baller Share Posted August 21, 2015 Sold back in May.
Baller Mick04 Posted August 21, 2015 Baller Share Posted August 21, 2015 FWIW, I'm letting my 93 Prostar 190 go. Solid boat at reasonable price. http://www.ski-it-again.com/php/skiitagain.php?endless=summer&topic=Search&category=Comp_Boat&postid=33738 Time to upgrade to Zero Off. Baller ALPJr Posted August 21, 2015 Baller Share Posted August 21, 2015 @Mick04 Looks very nice. I sold our very clean '92 MC with 1300 hrs last August for 7k. I started out asking around 8,400. We're in CT and sold it to a upstate NY skier.
Baller Mick04 Posted September 2, 2015 Baller Share Posted September 2, 2015 @ALPJr Thanks. Its a great boat at an affordable price point (and negotiable) for someone just getting into course skiing. I'm only letting it go to move to a Zero Off boat. Where in CT do you ski? I actually ski in the Sturbridge, MA area.
